• Inbox AI Auto Reply can now be set to delay before sending
• Your AI reply message is generated and then waits for a set amount of time before sending
• The prepared message sits in the message input field in the conversation
• You can review and edit the message and optionally cancel or send it immediately

Cancel an active auto-reply message ❌

• You can now cancel a message when it is in the process of being drafted and still visible on the conversation page

Updated settings layout ⚙️

• The settings for Auto Reply templates are more intuitive to navigate

Prevent last-minute bookings from being denied ⏱

• Sometimes bookings could be blocked if they were in time zones behind UTC (like US Pacific or Mountain time)
• The booking widget now will recognize "today's" time and date based on your property's time zone, not UTC
• This means guests can make same-day bookings at any time during the day in the property's local time

AI and Automation

Scoping and Setting Groups with Auto Inbox 📤

• Secondary users couldn't send AI Auto Reply messages from your Airbnb account
• Messages always went out from the primary Airbnb account
• Now, in the Inbox AI Auto Reply settings, you'll see that you can choose between the platform, host, and property scoping settings for a sender

Prices sync from Hospitable to your OTAs 💰

• The prices you set in Hospitable will now be pushed to your booking channels
• This is a big update to make us your source of truth, like it is for availability and minimum night stay
• Changes in your OTAs will be overridden by the prices stored in Hospitable
• If you're using a dynamic pricing solution, be sure to connect it to Hospitable to ensure your prices are saved appropriately
• This will lead to more consistency and reliability in your base and weekend rates

Make the calendar's design more intuitive 📆

• Unavailable and manually blocked days are easier to identify on the calendar days
• Restricted check-in and check-out days are shaded on the affected days

Select an 18-month rolling availability window 🗓

• Now you can extend the availability window out to 18 months, even though Airbnb doesn't support it
• This is especially useful for dynamic pricing solutions that extend windows further out
