We've released a lot of features that are going to improve your guest experience through the power of AI! There are also great updates for our Mogul and Direct users.

Copilot

Copilot is now live for all Mogul users 🔮

• You'll find it in the left-hand menu above Apps
• It can answer questions about:
• Reservation metrics (occupancy, length of stay, revenue)
• Teammates and tasks
• Owner statements (owners, gross and net revenue)
• Other smaller details, like the top cities of guests

Knowledge Hub

Multi-Source Knowledge Hub 📚

• Multiple documents can be uploaded one at a time
• Manual entries can be added, letting users fill in gaps of information without reuploading a PDF
• Topics can be created for items, allowing users to organise items more easily
• You can use all of this combined with the Touch Stay integration

Inbox

Multi-player is now live in beta 🛜

• Teams with multiple agents can now see who is live and viewing a conversation
• You can also see when a teammate is currently typing a message to ensure duplicate messages aren't sent

Direct

Guests can pay their next payment at any time 💰

• Guests can now click 'Pay now' on the next payment term within the Guest Portal

The booking flow now offers guests upsells 🎁

• When a guest lands on the Review and Confirm screen, they will be presented with any available upsells
• They can add it to their reservation and pay for it while booking their stay

Direct booking widget Improvements 🛎

• The price breakdown is clearer for guests booking their stay
• If payment terms are available, we will text saying they can pay part now and part later

Owner Statements

AI Adjustment is now live for Mogul users 🧾

• By using AI, we can now suggest how adjustments should be classified for Airbnb, Vrbo, and Direct bookings
• The AI will train itself based on your conversation with the guest and the relevant property fees
• You can view all your adjustments or filter it down by month or properties
