Weekly product updates

Not a huge amount of releases to announce this week, but that's because we're cooking up some big ones in the coming weeks! Even still, there are some great updates to note down!

Owner Statements

Customize more columns on your statements 📑

• Fee columns can now be shown or hidden on the reservation breakdown for the Owner Statements and Invoices
• If there is a large number of columns, we'll automatically create the PDF in landscape mode, instead of the normal portrait mode

Inbox

Identify messages sent by AI 💌

• Messages sent automatically will state "Sent by AI Auto Reply" under the message
• This is limited to Auto Reply only for now, but soon it will be for Suggest with AI as well

Direct

New design for Guest Portal tasks 📋

• Hosts with Direct Premium reservations will see an updated sidebar in the Inbox showing the status of the tasks
• The task modal is also more intuitive for hosts to know where the guests are in completing their ID verification and rental agreements

Mobile App

You can now refer hosts and earn within the app 📲

• Refer a family member or friend, and each of you will get $30 off your next invoice
