Security Deposits

Live for Booking.com reservations 🔐

Users on our Host, Professional, Mogul, and Direct Premium Legacy plans can now collect, hold, and release security deposits for your Booking.com guests

It's easier than ever to get started with security deposits with detailed instructions and a "Get Started" guide on the Apps page

Automated AI review replies 🔮

We can now generate an auto-reply to your Booking.com guests the same way we do with your Direct and Airbnb reviews
Just review and click send, we will take care of the rest

Improved Payout History in Settings 🏦

Payouts are now grouped by date and method
The "View Details" now shows individual Upsell orders with Reservation Codes and your set Upsell names⁠⁠
We've updated the available statuses to include Upcoming, Pending, Paid, and Failed⁠⁠
Failed payouts appear as "Pending" until all five retries (with 24h delays) are exhausted before showing as "Failed"

More kinds of fillable fields added 🖋

New fillable fields added, such as document and passport ID, guest age, guest billing address, reason for travel, relation to booking guest, tax ID, and vehicle registration state
There's a new "Add Personalization" dropdown in the rental agreements editor for easier shortcode and fillable field insertion at the cursor position⁠⁠
These features are moving to a beta release, starting with 25% of beta users and gradually increasing⁠⁠
