We're excited to introduce owner portals for our Mogul users! Now, property managers can share a branded portal with their owners to share monthly statements. We also have exciting updates for Copilot and security deposits!

Owner Portals

Live for all Mogul users 📲

• Highlight your performance and maintain a great relationship with your owners without the large time commitment
• You can share a branded portal where owners can view quick highlights and their monthly statements in one place
• They can download owner statements and quickly view the current month's metrics
• Set your branding by adding your logos, domains, and colors to ensure you look professional to your owners

Copilot

Updated booking data and teammate access 🔮

• Copilot can now access and answer questions about availability rules, property pricing settings, and calendar data
• Secondary users on your account can now access Copilot to ensure they have the correct booking information
• Teammates or you can now ask questions about why your calendar is blocked off or what you can offer guests on specific dates

Security Deposits

Airbnb security deposits are now available 🔐

• You can now collect security deposits for Airbnb bookings if you're on a Host, Professional, Mogul, or Legacy plan on Direct Premium

Guest Verification

Prioritize the list of guests that need attention ⁉️

• We'll now show the reservations that need attention from you because of the suspected or approved status of a guest
• This will help bring visibility to the upcoming bookings that need attention from the team

Reusing ID documents for custom quotes 🪪

• We can now reuse ID documents from past stays for custom quotes you create
• It will still show in the guest portal, but will be checked off as complete automatically
• This will apply to guests no matter which Hospitable host they are staying with, since we have their guest verification in the system

Operations

You can now delete businesses in-app 🗑

• If you have a business you no longer need, you can easily delete it
• Accounting software must be disconnected before deleting, and profit and loss statements won't be available for the business or properties
• The owner's portal will no longer be available for that business, but owner statements will still be available for now

Direct

Max night booking restrictions 🗓

• You can now restrict the maximum number of nights a guest can book based on your settings

API

iCal imports are now available in the public API 📆

• You can now use an ical_imports property when viewing the API
• You need to have an ical:write scope to create an update with the property
