We have some exciting updates around guest communication and workflow automation that will be sure to save you even more time!

Inbox

Voice-to-text is available in the Inbox 🎙

  • Use the microphone button when composing a message to add a word-to-word transcription that is AI-powered and context-aware
  • It will auto-correct your spelling and grammar
  • You can ask it to draft you a message with a specific tone or context, and it will craft one immediately to send
  • It works great when you're on the go with our iOS app (Android coming soon)
  • Be sure to set your browser permissions to have access to your microphone when prompted

Live presence shows for hosts and guests 💬

  • You will now see the live presence indicator (. . .) when your guest is typing or viewing the chat
  • They will also see when you are typing back or present in the Inbox

Integrations

Zapier version 1.1 is now live for all users ⚡️

  • We have now added actions that you can use in your automated workflows
  • This allows you to automate sending messages to a booking, sending messages to inquiries, and responding to guest reviews

Our upgraded guest verification is now complete 🪪

  • Direct Premium users and guests will now experience an improved guest vetting process
  • This gives us complete control of the guest verification pipeline, ensuring no one will get held up
  • Guests will experience smarter and more intuitive steps to identity verification
  • This is also applied to all bookings where you request identity verification manually

Operations

Assign transactions to your businesses 💳

  • Instead of only being able to add transactions to your properties, you can now add them to your businesses
  • These will not reflect on your owner statements or invoices but will appear in the accounting features, like our native profit and loss reports and QuickBooks integration

Security Deposits

Support for alterations and cancellations 🖋

  • When you make alterations to a booking, it will now reflect on the collection and release dates of the security deposit
  • If you cancel the booking, the security deposit will also be canceled as well
