Direct guests can now leave reviews, our mobile app has a new look, and we've made updates to include the latest Airbnb features!
Direct
Guests can leave reviews from the Guest Portal ⭐️
- After check-out, guests can now let you know how their stay was
- They can leave a rating and comment to mention any specifics
- Soon to come: e-mail reminders to guests after check-out, sync reviews back to Direct sites, etc...
Updates to not spam hosts with alerts 🔔
- We are limiting the emails sent to hosts when messages for guests are delayed
- The maximum number of alerts is now set to 6 within a 72hr period before check-in
Airbnb
We'll now show notifications to beta users 📢
- Notifications will show on the Connected Accounts page for each channel
- Each is clickable and will take you to an actionable page in Airbnb where you can solve the issue in your account
We'll now show opportunities to beta users 💬
- Opportunities will show a "Review Opportunities" button in the Properties Merge & Match screens
- Following that you'll see a list of suggestions from Airbnb
- For example, amenities missing in your listing can be applied directly within the Hospitable page
Mobile App
A new navigation bar at the bottom of the screen 📱
- Navigate using the new tabs: Dashboard, Inbox, Calendar, Metrics & Menu
- The menu tab redirects to a menu page that holds the rest of the sections and a button to switch to another account
Rental Agreements
Updated user permissions for secondary users 📑
- Secondary users with full access can view, add, and remove rental agreements
- Secondary users with Inbox and Display Financial Data permissions can view rental agreements for reservations
- Secondary users with Inbox, Display Financial Data, and Manage Reservation permissions can view, edit, or remove rental agreements from reservations
