Rental Agreements
Rental Agreements are available to all users 📃
- Any user can use rental agreements regardless of the booking's channel or subscription plan
- Guests will be reminded to complete their check-in tasks regardless of when they are requested
- Check-in messages will be delayed being sent to guests until they have signed their rental agreements

Easier creation of Rental Agreements 📝
- You'll now be prompted when creating or editing agreement templates if you are missing guest portal data
Direct
Direct Basic 1% service fees 🤏
- Direct Basic users will have a 1% service fee applied to their bookings regardless of the country they're located
- This fee covers the application costs of using Stripe for payment processing
- This fee will not apply to users on the legacy plan
Apple and Google Pay support for all Direct users 💳
- Any guests can now use Apple or Google Pay when completing their booking
Remove repeat guest reviews ❣️
- Reviews from repeat guests will no longer show at the same time on your Direct site
- This will ensure your reviews seem more genuine to guests
API
Access to our legacy API has been removed 🚫
- Users no longer have access to our old API keys or webhooks and need to migrate over to our new API connection
- Accounts still using our old API keys have until March 3 to migrate over
