Get deeper insights with our new Metrics 📊

• Explore your business's metrics with our provided customizable dashboards
• We've included dashboards for you to dive into, but you can also create your own and add your own widgets to any of them
• There are lots of different widgets to add, including ones for messaging, occupancy, financials, reviews, upsells, and owner statements
• Add, reorder, delete, and filter the widgets to customize your dashboards to your liking
• Host plan gets one predefined dashboard, while Pro and Mogul users get predefined dashboards plus custom dashboards and full widget library
• The legacy Metrics are still accessible under "Exports" in the new Metrics view

Owner Management

Custom domains for emails sent to owners 🌐

• You can now send emails to your property owners from your own custom domain instead of the Hospitable default one
• The emails covered by this are owner invitation, invitation reminder, bank account setup, and bank account verification reminder emails
• Hospitable-managed domains get automatic DNS configuration, while external domains require manual DNS record setup
• You can customize default email templates using short codes for names, links, and other dynamic content
• It will fall back to the Hospitable domain if custom domain sending isn't possible, with expansion planned for owner statements, payouts, and password reset emails

Updated view for Payments and Payouts page 🏦

• Your payments (top-ups) from your bank account for owner payouts are now included on the Payments and Payouts page
• You'll see the transaction overview details and can access direct links to the statements showing the owner payout status

Operations

Automatically send task reminders to teammates 🔔

• Reminders are sent 24 hours before a task's start time exclusively to the assigned teammate via email and SMS if a phone number is provided on the teammate's profile
• Notifications are enabled by default for all existing and new tasks, but can be disabled by unchecking the option
• Reminders include the following details: task type, start time, property address, previous/next reservation details, and same-day turnover information
• Messages are automatically translated to match the teammate's language settings

Inbox

Enhanced navigation between conversations 🧭

• We've added up and down arrow buttons to your conversation view to jump between threads
• You can also use J and K keyboard shortcuts for quicker navigation
• Navigation between threads is contextual, respecting filters, search criteria, and incoming conversations from the list view
• The back button now displays the segment name when coming from the Inbox and returns to that segment with saved filters

Airbnb

Preferred name will now display 🪪

• Guests viewing their booking in the guest portal will now see your preferred first name if it's set
• This will ensure it matches what guests see on Airbnb itself

Display door code in messaging thread 🚪

• We've added a tooltip to display the door code to lessen the confusion around using the last four digits of phone numbers
