Owner Payouts

Pay your owners directly through Hospitable 🏦

• You can now pay owners directly when publishing statements, with the first payout of each month free and no service fees for the remainder of 2025
• You can connect a bank account to your business and track payout statuses in the statements page under Operations
• Multiple statement payouts can be grouped together, giving you a more affordable option
• Owners can connect their bank account through their portal to receive payments
• Owners can also track the status of their payouts directly in their portal

Guest Portal

Guests must enter last name to access the portal 🪪

• To increase security measures for the portal, guests will be required to enter their last name to access it
• This ensures that not everyone can access the portal and booking information through the link
• This increases guest privacy while ensuring legitimate guests can easily access the portal

Operations

Cleaners can increase the cleaning task duration ⏰

• You can adjust the marketplace cleaning task duration for up to 24 hours after completion if the work takes longer than estimated
• Task length can be extended by up to 3 hours in 15-minute increments
• Marketplace balance will be topped up immediately upon adjustment, with the charge processed two days later, similar to the cleaner tipping process.

Properties

Property public name management 🏡

• Your properties' public names can now be updated on the Properties Details page and pushed to your Airbnb and Direct listings

Property descriptions update automatically 📖

• Your property's description will be pushed automatically to Airbnb whenever any of the description fields are changed
• This applies to the following description fields: Summary, Space Overview, Access, Interaction Preference, Neighborhood Overview, Transit, and Additional Notes

Direct

Updated state taxes collection and remittance 🗺

• We will now collect and remit taxes for Direct Premium bookings in the following states:
• Colorado: state sales tax
• Pennsylvania: hotel occupancy tax and local sales tax in Allegheny County and the city of Philadelphia
