Dynamic Pricing
Last-minute pricing advanced setting ⏱
- Dynamic pricing can now take into account last-minute pricing that you can set
- You have five inputs where you can set the number of days before check-in and the percentage increase or decrease of the pricing
- This allows you to gradually adjust the price as it approaches the check-in date, giving you the best chance of filling your calendar and increasing revenue
- This last-minute setting has technically always been enabled in the algorithm, but now you have control over the variables

Far-future pricing advanced setting 🗓
- You can now have better control of your rates that are listed in the far future
- There are three inputs where you can adjust the days ahead of check-in and the percentage to increase or decrease the pricing
- The lowest number you can set to adjust pricing is 60 days ahead
- This far-future setting has technically always been enabled in the algorithm, but now you have control over the variables
Inbox
Mark guest conversations as unread ✉️
- You can now mark a conversation with a guest as unread, giving yourself an easy reminder to return to the messages
- The unread button looks like an envelope and is found when you open a conversation in the top right corner
- Once clicked, you will be taken back to the Inbox with the list of your conversations
Better view your listed guest conversations 🗂
- You can now choose how many conversations to display on each page in the Inbox
- Simply scroll to the bottom and choose between 20, 50, and 100 conversations to display on each page
Operations
Leave a tip for your cleaners 🙏
- If your Cleanster cleaner did an excellent job or went above and beyond, you can leave them a tip within 72 hours of completing the cleaning
- You can choose a tip between $1 and $300 to leave for your cleaners when reviewing them
Calender
Notification when an iCal Import disconnects ⛓️💥
- You will now be notified when your iCal Imports disconnects because of an error with the feed or an invalid token
- A banner will display with a button that directs you to a page that helps you reconnect the iCal Import
Smart Devices
Guest access column added to smart locks 🔐
- There is now a column dedicated to showing you if a guest has access to the connected smart lock
- You'll see this in your devices dashboard, and it will either display that they have access or do not have access to receive codes from the lock
API
New reservation endpoints added 🔗
- You can now access the create, update, and cancel reservation endpoints when connecting to our API
- These will appear as manual reservations rather than being dedicated to a specific channel
