Owner Portal

Owners can book stays in their portal 🗓

• Instead of you manually adding owner stays to the calendar, you can now give owners permission to book a stay in their portal
• Choose default custom options like adding a cleaning after their stay or providing smart-lock codes to make booking seamless
• You will be notified when an owner has created their own booking, so you're always up to date

Create quotes for alterations ✏️

• You can now customize pricing for alterations, adjusting default calculations as needed
• Discounts, cleaning fee adjustments, and other price changes can be easily updated
• Custom quotes can be created after booking without having to alter the original stay
• All price changes update taxes accordingly, providing better functionality for ad-hoc refunds

Updated fee functionality for cancellations 🗂

• Cleaning and linen fees are now refunded proportionally according to the cancellation policy, not always in full
• This simplifies refund calculations and aligns with Airbnb's approach
• It will be easier for hosts, guests, and staff to understand the cancellation details

Guests will now see lead time discounts ⏱

• When guests are booking a stay, they will see the early bird or last-minute discounts applied to their pricing

Upsells

Learn more about upsells your guests purchase 🛍

• You can now see the details of the upsells you sold within the Inbox sidebar
• Click on the upsells sold, and you will see the details, such as the price breakdown and dates

Guest Verification

Get notified of needed extra attention 📣

• When a guest verification is suspected or approved, you will be notified on the mobile app
• This will allow you to take immediate action to approve or reject the booking, rather than waiting to see the email

Dynamic Pricing

Minimum night stays update 📆

• You can now choose the specific day of the week for the shortest stay length settings, similar to the ideal length stay settings

Owner Statements

Apply taxes to your commissions 🧮

• You can now add a tax percentage (VAT, GST, HST, etc.) on top of their commission rate, which applies to the commission plus the flat fee
• Tax details appear in the statement's reservation table, summary, profit/loss report, and QuickBooks integration
• This feature helps you comply with tax regulations in various regions, like the 21% service tax in the Netherlands
