We've released some huge updates to your cleaning operations that will put them on autopilot, letting you sit back and relax! There are also improvements to our AI features and Direct bookings.

Autopilot Cleanings

Automated cleaning rule tasks โœจ

  • Cleaning tasks can now be set to an automatic state on a per-property basis
  • This will automate your messaging, smart locks, finding a cleaner, and live updates, so you don't have to lift a finger

Marketplace for local cleaners ๐Ÿงฝ

  • While creating a cleaning rule task, you will now see a list of reputable cleaners in your area who can be ready at any moment
  • These cleaners are vetted and are imported from Cleanster
  • Receive immediate help from Cleanster's support team at (737) 377-2944 if any issues arise with a cleaner

Dynamically updated and grouped task list ๐Ÿ“‹

  • The new task list is now smarter by adding tasks from the issue alerts of past guests
  • It will create a new task and group it appropriately in the correct category

Live updates and messaging for cleaning ๐Ÿงผ

  • You will receive live updates when your cleaner is arriving, cleaning, and leaving, so you're always up to date
  • The cleaner can share pictures of your property before and after they leave
  • You can also message the cleaner while they are completing their tasks

East cleaner access with smart lock codes๐Ÿšช

  • Add the %operations_smartlock_code% smart code to your task notifications
  • This will send the generated smart lock code to your cleaner for access to the property

AI

Issue alerts are available for all users ๐Ÿ””

  • You will now receive alerts in your inbox when a guest messages that there is some kind of problem
  • This will allow you to resolve the issue quickly to ensure the guest stays content with their stay
  • Once you've taken care of the problem, you can now dismiss the alert
  • If applicable, these issue alerts will create a new cleaning task for the property

Direct

Invite users to verify themselves for payouts ๐Ÿฆ

  • You can now invite users by either sending them an email or copying a link to share
  • This link will redirect the user directly to the verification process for the payout method

Better Google Analytics and e-commerce events ๐Ÿ”

  • We now load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook in both your Direct site and booking widget, enabling seamless cross-site tracking
  • Additional support for Google's e-commerce tracking events (view_item, add_to_cart, begin_checkout, add_payment_info, purchase)
  • All events include rich data: currency, property details, dates, guest count, and pricing information
  • This will work automatically for Hospitable-hosted Direct sites; custom sites require additional configuration to link domains

Alteration requests are live for all users โœ๏ธ

  • If you need to make a booking alteration request, it will now be automatically sent to your guests for their approval

Expand US tax remittance for Direct bookings ๐Ÿ—ƒ

  • We'll now collect and remit the following taxes for all Direct Premium bookings:
  • Arkansas - State Sales and Use Tax, Local Sales and Use Tax, and Arkansas State Tourism Tax
  • Indiana - County Innkeeper's Tax
  • Oregon - State Transient Lodging Tax
